1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, services, and websites (collectively, the “Service”) provided by AstraML LLC (“AstraML”) under the name PixelsAI. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service. Use of the Service is void where prohibited.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself. You are responsible for account security and any activity under your account.

PixelsAI may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated.

4. Data Collection and Use

PixelsAI collects user data to provide our services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

PixelsAI shares necessary user data with third parties to provide services.

5. License to User Content

You retain ownership of any original content you upload. By uploading, you grant PixelsAI a license to access, display, and use that content to provide the Service.

You affirm you have all rights to upload content, and it complies with the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for your content and any AI-generated content.

6. Service Offerings

PixelsAI provides artificial intelligence services that allow users to edit and enhance customized images, videos, audio, and other content. These services are provided through paid subscription plans with recurring monthly billing.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue service offerings at any time. Existing subscriptions will not be affected by any changes until renewal.

7. Billing and Cancellation

You agree to pay all applicable fees for plans and services selected. PixelsAI will automatically renew your subscription each month unless canceled.

You may cancel at any time, which will be effective at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits are non-refundable. Contact support for an immediate cancellation and refund of remaining credits.

8. Use Restrictions

You may only use the Service lawfully. You may not use the Service to violate rights, upload harmful content, harass others, impersonate, or attempt unauthorized access.

You affirm you are over 18 and solely responsible for use of the Service. PixelsAI has no liability for further use or distribution of user-generated content.

9. Disclaimers

AstraML provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, AstraML disclaims any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation warranties as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free or uninterrupted use.

AstraML does not represent or warrant that (a) the Service will meet your needs or expectations; (b) the Service will be available, timely, current, accurate, reliable, complete, secure or error-free; (c) results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate, reliable or useful; or (d) any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected. You use the Service at your own sole risk. AstraML is not liable for any loss, corruption or damage to your content resulting from use of the Service.

Any AI-generated content is for informational purposes only. Do not rely on it for any application requiring reliable performance. Any reliance is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

PixelsAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PixelsAI from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

PixelsAI may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. PixelsAI may also terminate the Service without notice. Upon termination, your license will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. All disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts or arbitration.

14. Modifications

PixelsAI may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PixelsAI regarding the Service. They supersede any prior agreements.
